La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

la villa è divisa in due appartamenti, quello di destra al piano terra troviamo la cucina compresa di tutto il necessario per cucinare, microonde e lavastoviglie, il salotto con il camino e stufa a legna che vi terranno al caldo, dal salotto si ha accesso al balcone e alla dependance che affaccia sul giardino e bosco privato perfetta per godersi la colazione con i raggi del sole che vi scaldano. primo piano troviamo le due camere da letto matrimoniali o doppie e il bagno con vasca.
