Ova nova, moderna kuća smještena je u Zemuniku Donjem, 10km od Zadra. Idealan odabir za obitelji s djecom. Nalazi se na ograđenom imanju sa bazenom, travnjakom, roštiljem i velikim parkingom. Sve spavaće sobe i dnevni boravak imaju klima uređaj i TV. Wifi je dostupan u cijeloj kući. This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

Rađena je godinama – smisleno, polako i s puno ljubavi – gdje je svaki detalj pažljivo odabran ili ručno izrađen. Ovdje se ne osjećate kao u smještaju, već kao u vlastitom domu. Smještena je na imanju OPG-a Jurjević, gdje ćete se odmah osjećati kao dio zajednice. Okružena voćkama, maslinama i čempresima i drugim biljkama koje stvaraju poseban ugođaj ovog prostora.

Idealna je za obitelji koje žele provesti odmor uživajući u miru, čistom moru,mediteranskoj hrani i ljubaznim mještanima.,a udaljena je samo 50m od mora. U blizini se nalazi poznata pješčana plaža Sakarun, a i Park prirode Telašćica.
