A stairway leads from the apartment down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. The apartments includes: *Daily cleaning *Concierge service *Security guard at night *Parking area is shared and subject to availability IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views. Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car, a quad (ATV) or Buggy. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.

The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.
