The house is an old town house built 1876 and has been renovated 2018. Three nice and bright bedrooms with Coco-mat beds, all with balcony or access to roof terass. Two bathrooms, a separate wc, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with an open fire place. The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
