The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.

A little bit of Australian tranquility only 11kms from Melbourne CBD and a 19km drive from Melbourne Airport. Free street parking always available. A 1.5km walk to trams giving easy access to some of Melbourne's coolest inner city northern suburbs - Fitzroy, Northcote, Brunswick. Longer stays considered on enquiry.

Backing onto the Victoria Golf Club, this stand alone bungalow is highly accessible to Victoria, Royal Melbourne, Sandringham and Cheltenham Golf clubs. It's a 10 minute walk to Cheltenham train station, close to shopping strips and a 5 minute drive to Southland Shopping Centre. It's modern, private, with Japanese screens allowing for natural light and block out blinds for full privacy. It is comfortable in a beautiful backyard setting with, its own access and a 3-minute drive to the beach.

-- Please be aware there is construction work taking place nearby during working hours. The work starts between 7 and 8am finishes at 3pm. --We have had one complaint since Feb 2023 -- If you are not satisfied with the apartment and want to shorten your stay I can accommodate -- Double glazing, large windows, high ceilings and generous proportions in this groovy Art Deco space. Sprawl yourself out on the huge divan. A quick tram ride to the City, Chapel St, Prahran and St Kilda.

Unique one bedroom dairy conversion

Recently renovated, this unique, one bedroom historic property is situated in the rear corner of what was once the Oakleigh Dairy. Close to public transport, great coffee, shops, parks and bike paths it a wonderful destination in itself, or springboard to all that Melbourne has to offer. Access the dairy by going up the driveway into no 2/53. It is on the right hand side. Our house is the red weatherboard one on the left. The house at the front, 1/53, is a private residence.
