Casa Spondylus is located in the private developed gated community of Mirador San Jose. The private urbanization is only 40 minutes south of the city of Manta, and 10 minutes north of Puerto Cayo. Recreational facilities such as a regulation size FIFA soccer field and track, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground are all 5 minutes from the house.
