Five minutes to downtown or SRQ airport, 15 minutes to Lido Beach, and 25 minutes to Siesta Beach with easy access to University Parkway or Fruitville Rd.

The guest cottage (approx. 300 sq ft) is separate from the main house, where we reside, with a beautiful saltwater pool to cool off in after your day's adventures! The property is 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with waterfront restaurants, bars, arts district, unique shopping, and beach. Close access to new tennis courts, bayside beach and minutes away from modern downtown St. Petersburg, and world-famous beaches. We are not set up to host pets or children and no unaccounted for guests.

This is a cozy converted workshop with all the amenities of a traditional home! You'll have a comfy bed that sleeps 2 with an air mattress upon request, TV with streaming options, fun decorations, WiFi, air conditioning, W/D, closet space, cooking stuff, & bathroom. If you love tiny homes, you'll love this. Because of it being a converted workshop, it still has that feeling in some regard. It's a little rustic, but still charming. It's not a hotel, nor does it try to be. Pets are welcome.

Security latch on door. Four people can stay but it would be tight.

Have a great time

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lido beach is only 17 minutes away from the house. Siesta beach is only 19 minutes drive from the property. Downtown is a 6 minutes drive and a 34 minutes of walk. Beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella available by request. Please let us know if needed and we leave it in house for your use.

Beautiful Guest House in Historic Old Northeast

Completely Detached Studio apt/Mother in-law suite located in Historic Old Northeast. 100 feet to Coffee Pot Water Way and walking path. Less than a mile to downtown, less than a mile to Vinoy Hotel and Beach drive; Quarter mile to North Shore Park. Two bikes are available to guests.
