Situato in un edificio storico del 1600, dove abbiamo cercato di mantenere alcuni elementi antichi, come i pavimenti e le decorazioni da soffitto. Completamente arredato, con camera da letto, bagno e cucina per adattarsi alle esigenze di ogni viaggiatore. Dispone inoltre di un balcone esterno fronte lago, per poter passare piacevoli momenti di relax con il panorama naturale che la nostra bellissima cittadina offre.

Monolocale moderno con letto matrimoniale, piano terra. Spiaggia a 1min a piedi con sottopasso pedonale. A 300mt si raggiunge la splendida spiaggia del parco Ulissa Guzzi. A 150mt si trova la stazione dei treni. Nell'arco di 700mt si trovano il centro del paese, la spiaggia del camping e la spiaggia del Parco di Chiesa Rotta. New apartment, built and furnished in a modern style with private car parking. Kitchen and living room are in open space and very bright. From the terrace you can directly reach the beach of the lake and children's play area. At less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the other beach of Abbadia Lariana, train station, and hiking path: "Sentiero del Viandante". Shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are very close to the apartment, at 10-15 minutes on foot.

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
