Lititz Family Friendly Apt by the Hammer Creek

We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family and dog lives in the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our chickens. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.

FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
