Located 3 miles south of Lancaster, we are 15-20 minutes within major attractions including Sight & Sound Theatre, Amish Country, Strasburg, and Lititz.

Inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen including nespresso machine, air fryer, blender and more. King size bed with a Helix Hospitality mattress dressed with luxe Brooklinen linens & pillows. This one floor living layout, is ideal for anyone traveling through for an over night stay or need a quaint, quiet space for several months. The fire pit, open backyard, and large family room, with electric fireplace, make it very comfortable for a stay-in relaxing evening. We are located less than 12 miles from popular destinations such as Sight & Sound, Dutch Wonderland, Fulton Opera House, Downtown Lancaster, Tanger Outlets, Spooky Nook, the town of Lititz, the town of Intercourse, etc.

Our cozy three bedroom, two bathroom riverside cottage comfortably sleeps 6-8 adults, includes a 3 sided fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and multiple seating areas both indoors and outdoors. Scandinavian, rustic/modern decor includes a hanging rope bed. The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. Hersheypark-32-min Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire is16 min. We do allow pets.
