The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Private Guest Suite next to Horse Farm

We are 10 min from Lititz, 10 min from downtown Lancaster, 10 min from Spooky Nook, 20 min from Tanger Outlets, 20 min from American Music Theatre, and 20 min from Sight & Sound. We are next to a horse farm where you can relax before sight-seeing. There is a separate entrance to this private 800 square foot lower level suite, so come and go as you want. It is perfect for couples looking to enjoy Lancaster County. There is a spacious bathroom and 2 queen beds with plenty of room to relax.

Willow Run is an extraordinary 5 acre property minutes from historic downtown and our Amish neighbors, tourist attractions and shopping. Beautifully furnished and well appointed inside and out. Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

Walk or ride your bike 1 block and your on the beautiful scenic RAIL-TRAIL with easy access to Ephrata, Akron and Lititz! Welcome to The Barn on Fox Alley—a piece of history nestled in the heart of Lancaster city. The Barn on Fox Alley is a repurposed garage built in 1999, transformed into a magnificent Amish barn that pays homage to Lancaster county’s rich heritage. Step inside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the warmth and character of a bygone era. The spacious interior of the barn is meticulously adorned with hand-hewn reused floors and reclaimed barn wood throughout.

The Elizabeth Flat at Fahnestock House

History welcomes you and invites you to enjoy this third floor space. A cozy bedroom with nooks and crannies make it special. The antique headboard and original bathroom corner sink all make you think of times past. Head on through the sunny living room, the old floors creaking beneath your feet. Enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee perched at the window bar. The original windows form what we call “the tower”. A lovely place to watch the world go by.
