Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.

Το ‘’ Mythia ‘’ apartments είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πετρόχτιστο αρχοντικό το οποίο ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020 και συνδυάζει την παραδοσιακή πέτρινη αισθητική με τη σύγχρονη άνεση. Αποτελείται από δύο ευρύχωρες μεζονέτες και ένα διαμέρισμα, πλήρως επιπλωμένα και κλιματιζόμενα , με διπλό μπάνιο ,καθιστικό, κουζίνα ( άκρως εξοπλισμένη ) ,τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης ,βεράντα και δωρεάν wiFi. Πρόκειται για μια μικρή οικογενειακή επιχείρηση .

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Villa "Galini" in Proastio Kardamili

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
