There is a house being built on the lot next door, construction can begin as early as 7 AM The apartment has lake views and the property includes 70 feet of private sandy beach frontage on Portage Lake. This is in a three plex building. The beach is only shared with the other two units. There are firepits on the sand to use at night and kayaks and life jackets for the day. The trundle bed/sleeper sofa is high quality! Vinyl wood plank flooring and quality furniture with a recliner sofa!
