A stunning 200 year-old cottage located in the charming small village of Bouth in the Lake District, now a UNESCO world heritage region. Situated on a quiet country road and bounded on two sides by open fields, with grazing shire horses and Jersey cows, this is the idyllic country retreat. The cottage has been renovated to the highest standard whilst retaining all the charm of its period. The traditional village pub is a few metres away. Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

A lovely little accommodation, comfortable and cosy with a country cottage garden and a beautiful view of the fell beyond. It's located in the village of Allithwaite, just 1.5 miles from the picturesque Cartmel, famous for its races and wonderful pubs, and restaurants. There is a driveway for easy parking. The rear garden, shared with the main house, has comfortable furniture. The single owner has the main house, though she is often away. Local amenities include a corner shop and a pub.
