Το Kapsalakis Penthouse, βρίσκεται σε ένα από τα πιο κεντρικά σημεία στην πόλη της Κορίνθου, μόλις τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία (Παναγή Τσαλδάρη ή Περιβολάκια) και τα καταστήματα της πόλης. Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο και κομψό χώρο με απίθανη θέα έως τον Κορινθιακό κόλπο. Σε υψόμετρο 1150 μέτρων, βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Άνω Τρικάλων, πράγμα που προσφέρει ησυχία αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ταβέρνες και καφετέριες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενιαίο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία/κουζίνα, σοφίτα και μπάνιο με τζακούζι με θέα προς τον Κορινθιακό. Υπάρχει μαντεμένια ξυλόσομπα και θερμοπομποί που κάνουν το σπίτι πολύ ζεστό τον χειμώνα.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
