Boat ramp, boatslip, and restaurant only .3 miles away. Boatslip & ramp included. Remodled to a farmhouse feel, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath has 2 king beds & two singles. Two single beds share the same space as living room. Great retreat after a long day of fishing, or hanging out with family and friends. Be back fast to unwind by the firepit.

Located just 5 mins from I-95 (exit 153) and 12 minutes from Florence, this quaint cottage sits on 6 acres with private deck, firepit & large back yard in a peaceful, country location. Your pets are welcome (max of 2, please). We offer king bed in master, 3 wall-mounted TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. We also use 100% cotton sheets and quilts for your maximum sleeping comfort. Absolutely no smoking ON OUR PROPERTY ($200 extra fee). Come stay with us. 🙂

This family-friendly spacious lakefront home with dock is located on a peninsula and boasts water access on three sides of the property. Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 13 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, paddle boat, hammocks and swings, fishing, drop in your kayak or paddle board straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.

Perfect family vacation retreat at Lake Marion, SC

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!
