The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

Your just right outside of the hustle and bustle of Austin, but close enough to visit and enjoy it all! We have four separate bedrooms in the house and two full baths. The home was fully remodeled in the beginning of 2022. Garage is used for storage and will not be able to be accessed during your stay.
