The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked BR used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.
