1 Bedroom Apartment

Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Pine Street Studio

Welcome to the Pine Street Studio. We are just 5 blocks (1/2 mile) from the center of town in a residential neighborhood. This unit has it's own private entrance and dedicated parking spot right outside the front door to the unit. It's a spacious studio with full kitchen and bathroom. We live in the main house. You'll have complete privacy during your stay but we're available should you need anything. Our occupancy limit is two guests regardless of age (a child of any age counts as a guest).

Overlook downtown Leavenworth from your private Dream Suites 3 or 4 balcony. Each apartment is a one-bedroom suite with a king bed, pull-out sofa, and full kitchen (no oven). Relax in the spacious living/dining area with an electric fireplace, or soak in the bathroom’s Jacuzzi tub (separate shower). This apartment sleeps four. The rate is based on double occupancy, with an extra charge per additional guest 12 and up. This apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs.

It is 2 miles from downtown Chelan, minutes to Slidewater's Water Park, wineries and restaurants. Relax on the balcony where you can enjoy the lake & mountain views, the 4th of July and New Year's Eve fireworks. Enjoy relaxing in the in door on site pool and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and washer and dryer.

Wapato Point Resort - 1 Bedroom Condo New Remodel

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.

Wedge Mountain View Studio

Enjoy Leavenworth by staying just outside the fray of the town. This studio apartment is 1.5 miles south of town on Icicle road. Relax on the couch with views of Wedge mountain. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
