Enjoy a private stay at this new studio W/private entrance! All equipped with a beautiful kitchenette fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave and two burner stove top. Step into our relaxing shower with a built in bench for a nice hot shower after a long day and lets not forget a good night sleep in our cozy bed. We are 5 minutes from Dameron Hospital,Ports Stadium and Stockton Arena. Walking distance to the UOP and Groceries stores, restaurants and gas stations. And 2 minutes away from I-5

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

This cheerful and sunny home is located in a quiet and safe older neighborhood close to downtown and conveniently not too far from Hwy 99. This home is the perfect cozy place to rest and relax. Our little area of Modesto is unique in that we have a wonderful walking and biking trail only a block away. You can walk to our small neighborhood shopping area that has a grocery store with a Starbucks, a very popular frozen yogurt shop, restaurants, an independent bookstore and cute shops.

1 bedroom above garage with its own entrance. Sofa folds into a standard bed. 2-3 adults maximum. Heat/ Cool system. SMART TV, no cable. WIFI available; password is on the box behind the TV. Washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen has dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave. Dishes, pans/pots, linens provided. 2 miles from 99 Freeway & downtown dining/ entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Casita is in a secured gated community with security patrol in Manteca. Casita has a separate private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and a full bathroom. AC unit is controlled in the main house, not in the casita. Room 1: king size bed with double doors leading to the living room. Room 2: queen size bed There is a walk in closet, full bathroom with a shower. Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate -Please note there is NOT a full kitchen-

Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
