It’s an easy walk to our awesome downtown with all it’s fabulous bars+ restaurants+ shopping. The wonderful front porch+ other outside spaces+gardens are quite special too; we think you’ll love staying here! And it’s now available for small events too.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It’s a modern studio in a country setting but only minutes away from downtown Lodi. The space has a private entrance with an exclusive deck. I am a retired RN and a constant gardener. My husband works from home. We are easy going and are available when needed via text or in person.

We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
