Sono un piano terra, con ingresso indipendente sul cortile condominiale, così da essere accessibile per i disabili. Ho una cucina nuova e bene attrezzata. Mi trovo, in zona Universitaria, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, in una via ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.
