Our peaceful and lovely lakefront ADU apartment is 20 minutes away from SeaTac airport or 30 minutes from Seattle by car. It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. This beautiful little tree house has been our pandemic project. In October 2020, we bought the home next door and began our adventure. Our Squak Mt. chalet offers a truly unique sense of privacy and tranquility in the lush green canopy of Squak Mountain. Guests enter the home by a cascading waterfall. There are two 28 foot cedar decks (hammock) and a spacious open great room featuring a gas fireplace and kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Issaquah and hiking trails. Perfect for long stays.
