Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Mapperley, with it's wide-range of cafes, bars, restaurants and real-ale pubs, this delightful self-contained and completely private annex is the perfect getaway for visitors to Nottingham. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, there are shops, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists and launderettes within walking distance. Bus services run into the city centre every few minutes. A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)
