Relax and luxuriate on your on your own private estate overlooking Shuswap lake. You will stay in a lovingly rebuilt hand hewn post and beam home away from home. The grounds are spectacular and feature 2 firepits (one wood and one gas), an outdoor eating area and of course, a hot tub. The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. Access to private beach on Shuswap lake.

Dining table w/ room for 4. Modern bathroom with newly installed shower. Separate bedroom provides a Queen bed. Free parking with room for 1 vehicle. Amenites include: keyless entry, wifi, lots of movies & board games provided. As this is a basement suite and we live upstairs, you will hear us and our dogs at times.

This is a family home located in a family oriented neighborhood with a small community feel and friendly atmosphere.
