Είμαστε 13 χιλ από τον Πύργο, 30 χιλ από την Αρχ Ολυμπία, 40 χιλ από τα λουτρά Καϊάφα και 80 από το ναό του Επικούρειου Απόλλωνα Το κατάλυμα απέχει 70χιλ από το αεροδρόμιο Αράξου και 120χιλ από της Καλαμάτας.

Sea breeze apartment ena is a spacious one bedroom apartment in Leventochori – Ilias just a breath away from the sandy beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped, enough to prepare any variety of meals. The spacious lounge opens out into a nice garden ideal for al fresco dinning.The shower room is conveniently placed between the kitchen and the main double bedroom. The apartment lies on a ground level with amazing sea view ideal for couples or families with one child.

The house is an independent and autonomous residence in a huge garden. It consists of a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. The Barbecue area can be used as a cooking and dining kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, barbecue, and a traditional built oven. The house is in a quiet place and is only 800 meters away from the beach.There is a long sandy beach arround. The beach of Kouroutas and the center of Kouroutas is only 1 km away.

Our house is located on the coast , on a gated estate , in the beautiful area of Agios Andreas, Katakolo .It is suitable for families and groups , and is just a 25 minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ancient Olympia.A stunning ,secluded , semi-private beach is just a 2 minute walk down the hill. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.

Katerina's Home

Katerina's home is a house, which you can enter from the national road ''Patras - Pyrgos''. It has got a huge garden with many trees and the big variety of flowers and plans. Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.

Villa Faidra is a small and cozy studio, with undivided interior space. Our newly built house consist of a double bed,a sofa-bed ,kitchen, lunchplace and a bath. In addition,the house boasts air-condition. A peaceful place near the city center(2km).Our home is located near the beach (800m) ,Ancient Olympie (20km about) and Katakolo port.

Takis' Attic

Το Takis attic είναι ένα πληρως επιπλωμένο διαμέρισμα 25 τμ στον πρώτο όροφο μιας μονοκατοικίας. Μόλις 5 λεπτά οδικώς από την παραλία του Αγ. Ηλία και 10 λεπτά από τις ωραιότερες παραλίες του Ν. Ηλείας. Αφεθειτε στην ζεστασιά μιας μοντέρνα διακοσμημενης σοφιτας με ένα υπέροχο μπαλκόνι με θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα.
