L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

Ottima posizione anche per raggiungere Treviso, Padova, Riviera del Brenta e Valdobbiadene. La tassa di soggiorno di 4€ per notte per persona non è inclusa e dovrà essere saldata al check in
