Our beautiful self contained limestone cottage, with your own garden, is within walking distance of town. A day at our cottage includes wildlife, nature, tranquility, relaxation, & wine! Wake up to birdsong, then wonder into town for breakie & a coffee before exploring what the region has to offer. At dusk stroll down to the River passing the local mob of kangaroos. At the end of the day enjoy a BBQ & glass of wine in the tranquility of your garden or tuck up in front of the fire in winter.

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098

The fully self contained Hacienda offers simple yet comfortable accommodation for 2 -3 adults or two adults and up to two children. The main bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds. Set at the back of our property, surrounded by native bush it has its own driveway and parking and is only 5 min walking distance to Dunsborough's town centre and another 5 minutes to the beach. Exmoor Cottage - Margaret River

Exmoor cottage is located within a patch of native forest, 5km from the town centre and 8 km from the beach. The cottage has its own private access. Several wine farms are located within walking distance. Our mud brick cottage consists of a kitchen, lounge and dining room with separate bathroom. Upstairs a loft with the bedroom. Outside a verandah with outdoor kitchen and dining area.
