The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

In knapp 10 min. ist der Marktplatz zu Fuß zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Bushaltestelle finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch das Erlebnishallenbad ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort. We wish you a wonderful stay in the fresh air and enjoy the peace, which is exceptional in our area.

5min bis zur Autobahn, lediglich 20km bis nach Chemnitz, 60km bis nach Leipzig, 90km bis nach Dresden und dennoch mitten in einer Oase aus Natur, Bächen und Teichen, Wiesen und Wälder, Ruhe und das entspannende Rauschen des Wassers.
