Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. NO FILM or Photography unless you have asked permission, paid a fee & disclosed the content. This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

Our carriage house is also one block away from the MARTA train with a direct line to Downtown Atlanta for anyone visiting Atlanta and spending most of their time downtown. Forget about traffic and paying for parking. Stay in Decatur and take the 15-minute train ride into downtown instead.
