My modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 half bath home is located in gated community with a mountain view in Lacolina Subdivision in Marikina Heights, Marikina City. It is 5 minutes away from Circle Mall, Ayala Mall, Robinsons and Resorts. Interior is very modern, it is built in 2019. Fully furnished with everything you need. It has fridge, rice cooker, washer and dryer, parking space, kettle, microwave, water heater, AC, full kitchen.

Casa Rial is our family tiny home. This house is at back of our main house which our tiny family are also living. We will be with you but you can have your privacy as you have exclusively the tiny house. You will enjoy your stay as we also have garage coffee shop which is called Cafe Rial. We are opening our coffee shop from 3pm to 9pm. For our guests, we can serve all day meals. Casa Rial is reachable by jeepney from Monumento/UV Express from Trinoma or SM North/tricycle from SM Marilao
