You will be welcomed by our calm and relaxing atmosphere home. Our home is cozy with two bed rooms and two bathrooms! We also have a washer and dryer in the house for your convenient! Think of waking up in the morning and walking to Marina Beach for coffee and breakfast. A full kitchen is available for all of your cooking pleasure. There are many restaurants and shops close by / Walmart just 2 minutes drive or a short walk. Our property is 10-20 minutes drive from any attraction in Monterey.

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
