L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Nel residence ci sono un bar e un ristorante aperti d'estate Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. Sconto traghetto.

Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

Il nostro appartamento si trova sul lungomare di Porto Azzurro: l'ampia finestra del soggiorno è un quadro che cambia di continuo a seconda delle ore del giorno, del vento, della stagione. Dall'inverno all'estate non ci si stanca mai di stare seduti sul balcone ad ammirare il mare: le barche che entrano in porto o che partono per il loro viaggio, le persone, i turisti, i pescatori.. dopo qualche giorno anche voi avrete imparato a riconoscerli e vi faranno compagnia nella vostra vacanza

Nella parte più bella e caratteristica di Marina di Campo, bar, ristoranti, negozi , tutto comodamente a piedi . Monolocale composto da letto matrimoniale, ampio guardaroba, tv Smart , aria condizionata, bagno con doccia ed angolo cottura completo . Ingresso indipendente dal giardino con ampio spazio esterno dove poter mangiare.

Villa Issopo è situata in SPLENDIDA POSIZIONE PANORAMICA sull’estrema costa occidentale dell’isola d’Elba. Il mare è accessibile a piedi percorrendo un sentiero privato di circa 150 metri che parte dal giardino della casa. La struttura è una villa bifamiliare costituita da due appartamenti con accesso indipendente disposti esclusivamente sul piano terra. Questo delizioso appartamento si trova nel cuore del centro di Marina di campo a 50m di distanza dalla spiaggia e a 20m dal porticciolo. Tutte le principali comodità sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi senza la necessità di utilizzare la macchina.
