A causa dell’ambiente salino, le luci presenti del terrazzo e l’ombrellone potranno non essere sempre a disposizione.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

On the Way to the Marina Apartment.

An ideal studio for a couple or for a family of 3. It has a double bed, a small folding bed, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with spectacular sea view. It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. Fabio was a planner of the 5T Park and has lots of info. A tourist tax of € 3 per person/day not included in Airbnb is to be paid on arrival (max. € 9 per person).

Good base to visit 5 terre by boat or to simple relaxing in a quite sea village with a balanced tourism, quite and really appreciate by tourists. Air conditioning available!! Parking friendly ! As alternative location i can offer a lovely attic or a flat fully equiped in La Spezia close to 5terre train station , ideal if you trip with pubblic transportation (no car) at best price! Appartamento di circa 38 m2 a circa 600 m. dal mare e a circa 800 m. dalla Fiera Internazionale Marmo Macchine. L'ingresso esterno è in comune con i padroni di casa. Si entra in un giardino ben tenuto e si sale un rampa di scale per entrare nell' appartamento. Entrando troviamo la cucina funzionale. Un corridoio lungo dove troviamo un bagno con vasca ed una camera da letto. Ampie finestre soleggiano la casa e la padrona di casa cercherà di essere il più disponibile possibile.
