Brand new Queen size bed in the bedroom and a new bedsofa in the livingroom. Free parking outside with a great ocean view as well. The beach is public, hence no additional cost. If you wish, you can always rent chairs just a few meters away. Close to Grottamare, Torre di Palme, Loreto and other great spots in the Marche region. No pets Welcome

The Villa is surrounded by old olive trees, vineyards and pristine farm land. Villa Caravaggio is only 3 km away from numerous beaches, idyllic towns, restaurants and promenades.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.
