Family Fun at the Flowage

Come enjoy some family fun at the Flowage. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is large enough to hold the whole crew. Outside your doors includes the beautiful Machikanee Flowage. Oconto Falls, the nearby town has places to swim, catch your limit in fish, or go on an adventure. Come evening put some food on the grill and enjoy a meal where all 10 people can sit around the table. Than relax by the Niagara Escarpment stone fireplace or take a bath in the master whirlpool Jacuzzi. This house has it all.

Located close to Newton Lakes and High Falls flowage boat launches, public ATV/snowmobile trails, state & county parks, and a golf course. The large deck provides a perfect spot to enjoy nature. There are plenty of bar/grills & supper clubs nearby for dining. Check out the Marinette County tourism website for everything the area has to offer.

Foghorn Bay Getaway

Relax and play at this beautiful and private 1.5-acre property w/ two gravel pads for boats/RVs, 50-amp service, 2 kayaks, 4 paddle boards, 2 canoes, and a small sailboat. Play badminton, croquet, corn hole, or other games in the spacious yard. Golf and boat landings are just down the road. Wildlife areas and 5,000 acres are a short walk or paddle away. This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.
