You are close to KP Hole Park where you can rent paddle boards canoes or tubes. Take the golf cart and ride to our home from the river park! Although the newly renovated house is fully equipped for your stay- including a full kitchen and spacious living room- the real luxury is outside. New ABB sneaky fees are in the nightly rate to “simplify” for traveler. Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 getaway on a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature yet minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Outdoor activities: paddling, fishing, swimming, biking, nature watching. Pls note, 10 people 4 car max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Beautiful House On the River, Kayaks, Large Dock!

Come relax by the river in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Lady Lake, Florida. Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

Rainbow River Experience.

Located in Rio Vista which has it's own private gated 3 acre park on the Rainbow River! The park has bathrooms, pavilions, grills and a boat ramp - so BRING YOUR BOAT! Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.
