Kick back and relax in this cozy stylish space. Brand new remodel with a private area for your furry friends. It is at the end of a private drive. Publix and other stores nearby. Partially fenced. It is within 5 miles of WEC. Be aware that you must navigate a narrow dirt drive for several hundred feet so vehicle access could be a problem if you drive a low to the ground sports car type or truck over 1 ton. Refunds will not be granted for failure to accept these conditions. Absolutely NO CATS.

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

The apartment is located on a farm with all the good and bad about farm life. Guests have quiet, peaceful seclusion while just 2 miles from 75. The property which is naturally landscaped with massive pine and oak trees, is quiet and peaceful. There are horses on both sides of the 1/4 mile drive. but that comes with some smells and dust. If you are sensitive to smells this might not be the place for you. It is less than 2 miles from Route 75 and close to HIT, WEC & Chi institute.

This is a beautiful and relaxing four BR, pet friendly, heat-pump pool home. When you visit Florida between October and April a solar heated pool will freeze you out. The heat-pump will keep the pool perfect! Our home is in a lovely small town with wonderful eateries like Lugo's Cuban and Gyros King. When you head out to see the sights you will be located within an easy drive of most of them. When you return it will be to a relaxing pool and spacious home.

Far Out Farm is close to HITS Ocala, Winter Equestrian Events , and The World Equestrian Center ( WEC) The farm is dog &friendly. The barn apartment is set on 15 beautiful acres. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The farm is near many diving and spring water venues, Chi institute, Fire College, zip line, and other Florida amusements. Pets by special permission, may not be left in apartment alone, or must be crated. 15 $ pet fee
