Hiking, white‑water rafting, wine tasting, blueberry farms and lavender fields are all nearby. You’re close to Fairmont State University and a short drive to WVU for game days.

For the WVU fans...you're only 15 minutes away from a Mountaineer kick/tip off! Bikers and hikers will love our 60 miles of trails along the river!

Perry Lodge - Perfect For Large Families Groups!

A large Lodge with 3 separate bunk rooms; like going back to camp as a kid ! Perfect for large families or groups looking for plenty of space. Included are a full kitchen, living space, 3 bunk rooms, and 2 large bathrooms with 3 showers and stalls in each. Located on a beautiful 120 acres campus. We have a lot of wildlife here including deer, foxes, coyote, 2 mountain lions, and an occasional bear. Be cautious if you go out after dark. Always have a flashlight. Don't go into any wooded area.

Tygart River Retreat

Enjoy the river with with your own private beach! Swimming, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, and kayaking. Fish from the beach!Great small mouth bass, catfish and if you're lucky muskie. 7 minutes from I-79 and restaurants in South Fairmont. 34 minutes to WVU. Large windows throughout the house give you a beautiful view of the river and rolling hills wherever you chose to relax.

Cabin at the Coal Camp

Located above the Monongahela River, it is a quick 9 miles to Morgantown or 15 miles to Fairmont. We are making our cabin available for weekends, near WVU. Brady Camp, as we affectionately call our cabin is located on 33 acres of property that was once the Town of Brady at the Edna Gas Coal Company mine. The property has been reclaimed through the West Virginia mine reclamation act. Large trees and a few trails, good for hiking. The cabin is newly built in the last 10 years.

Our Glamping Yurt offers: Queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, cozy linens, wood stove for chilly nights, porta potty & dry sink for hand washing, nature at your front door, & large fire pit. Sugarland Farm is located at 210 Sugarland Way. It was built as a large family home in 2011. It is a 5700 square foot French country home on 12.5 acres that is only 12 minutes to the interstate and approximately 15 minutes to the WVU Health Sciences Center campus and Football Stadium. The farm has chickens to watch as you enjoy the countryside. The farm is at the end of 1/2 mile of gravel road and beyond the farm is hundreds of acres of mountainside.
