Guest review summary: clean, comfortable and cozy! Our place is well equipped for your stay in town. Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Kingston Master Suite

This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Kingston Suites also offers central air and heat for each floor giving you control of your comfort. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There are 3 suites total

Spend your time in our beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, second story apartment (one queen bed, one full bed). Its tranquility will relax you after a day of walking to many close-by stores, restaurants, and local attractions. Attending a concert? This apartment is just a two-block walk from the McGrath Amphitheatre in the heart of Cedar Rapids. Nestled above an antique and gift store in a building built in 1890, this charming refurbished apartment is ready for your visit to our fun city.

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

Ausadie Building is a registered Local & National Historic property, located in the Medical & Downtown District. Only a few minutes walk to many entertainment venues, museums, galleries, four live theaters, Coe College and many churches and restaurants. The building has been beautifully restored and offers a courtyard with a pool, flower gardens and a peaceful Koi pond. Laundry and a fully equipped gym are also included. Our secure building will feel like your home away from home!

This beautiful duplex located just off of I380 and Wilson Ave is perfectly located in a safe neighborhood. With easy on/off interstate access, your trip to the heartland just got easier! Minutes from the eastern Iowa airport and downtown Cedar Rapids, you’re situated right in the middle of all the action! Grab your bicycle and ride down to Czech village for a cultural afternoon while traveling the cedar valley trail. Everything you need is just footsteps outside the door!
