Double Loft Lodge

Nestled along the Mississinewa River near James Dean's hometown, Taylor Univ and Indiana Wesleyan Univ, we were originally named Harrisburg, until the natural gas boom of the 1800s. The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Visit the Gas City museum at 210 South A St opened 1-4 sat&sun, relax at Beaner Linn Park 701 S Broadway or visit one of our shops. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you will see Bold Eagles hanging out in our backyard tree. Enjoy kayaking and fishing during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

The Cozy Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this cozy cottage. Historic Downtown Noblesville is just a short walk where you will find great restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops. The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

The Ranch on RaceStreet

Ranch on Race was recently renovated to best serve guests during their stay in Marion, IN. With comfortable furniture and stylish décor, it is the perfect place to unwind. Recharge in one of the two bedrooms, enjoy the spacious living room and kitchen, or be productive at the provided desk. Restored historic small home located on the banks of the Wabash River. Bike trail to the City of Wabash runs along rear of property. This cozy, 500 square foot one room house is perfect for your quiet getaway, the cyclist hitting the trail and roads, or putting your canoe or kayak in the Wabash River. Welcome to Lindsay’s Landing — where comfort meets convenience. This stylish home is just steps from Indiana Wesleyan University, great dining, and shopping. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and comfortable beds with Giza cotton linens. Whether you're here for work, visiting family, or exploring the area, you'll feel right at home. Pets are welcome upon request for $12 per pet, per night.

Walking distance to Indiana Wesleyan University, Wildcat Stadium, and more. If you’re in town for a campus visit, or to catch a sporting event at IWU, this is the place to be! Small home with many updates on a quiet, dead-end street. All the amenities to stay for a long period of time if necessary. Wi-fi, washer/dryer, full kitchen. Bed size is a QUEEN. Fold flat sofa included for additional guest.

Enjoy this cozy cottage in North Marion, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to Indiana Wesleyan University about 10 minutes away. Guests have access to the full house with an open floor plan and comfortable living space.
