Welcome to our newly updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Marion, MA, situated on a quiet, dead-end street. At the end of our road is a small private tidal beach on Sippican Harbor, perfect for boating, fishing, & swimming. The cottage has an open layout, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, gas grill, fire pit, and large picnic table. Ideal for exploring Cape Cod, Providence, and Newport, and only an hour and a half from Boston. A tranquil & relaxing retreat for a small family or group of friends.

Thimble Cottage

My place is close to Tabor Academy, Sippican Harbor, Marion Village and Town playground, Beverly Yacht Club, the beach, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining. Pedestrian friendly sidewalks! You’ll love my place because it is a quaint New England seaside cottage with nooks and gardens, super cozy and known locally as the Thimble Cottage. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) and Tabor Academy visitors.

Mink Cove Treehouse

A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

We are a short walk to the beach & village, decorated with local art available for sale. Lower level/ finished basement opening onto a greenhouse & separate entrance. We just added a new Queen hybrid mattress with memory foam topper. There is in addition 1 twin bed, a private full bathroom, a separate sitting area, and a small but well stocked kitchenette. There are 2 smart TV's - one in the bedroom & one in the sitting area.

Lucky Duck Farm

Welcome to your own little slice of heaven! Enjoy coffee on the deck, overlooking our 1 acre "Lucky Duck Farm." Watch the ducks take their morning dip, the chickens and geese foraging, and enjoy farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Your private 2nd floor apartment is newly renovated, comfortable, bright and cheerful. Check out our local beaches, cranberry bogs, and delicious fresh seafood- you're going to love the South Coast!

Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.

Short walk to the center of the village and town wharf, providing easy access to all of Mattapoisett's charm, including Ned's Point Lighthouse and Town Beach. Outstanding local restaurants and sweet treats all close by.

Wee house in Marion village

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. It’s walking distance to Tabor, the waterfront and Marion’s wonderful collection of restaurants and shops. You’ll also have a private enclosed patio and yard. A guest pass for the beach is included. Please note you’ll need to climb the ship stairs to sleep in the loft. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living area.

Marion Village Bungalow

Marion village location. One story bungalow within walking distance to Tabor Academy, Marion Center, restaurants, boating, beaches and more!
