Designed to be cozy and bright, this centrally-located Chalet is nestled between Higgins and Houghton Lakes located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to nearby attractions. South Higgins State Park, Marl Lake, Cross Country Skiing, Golf, ORV and Snow Mobile trails all nearby. The Cozy Chalet boasts a large wrap around deck and beautiful landscaping easily accessed by 2 large sliding doors off the open floor plan. The wooded lot creates privacy to enjoy time with friends and family.

Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

You can bring your boat or jet ski and anchor in front of property. In the winter, bring your snowmobile! Sleeps 4, then extra room for 4 more with air mattress and couches.
