We recently renovated our house to make it warm, homely and inviting. The high ceilings and heaps of natural sunlight create a calm, relaxing vibe. We live rurally and enjoy the country air and birdsong, yet live close enough to Motueka (7 min drive) or Richmond (20 min) to get the essentials. Kaiteriteri, Takaka, Golden Bay and Abel Tasman National Park are on our door step and easy to reach for fun day trips. We love this space and all the opportunities it offers us…and for you too.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious describes this fully renovated villa. Fully equipped kitchen with all your requirements catered for. All bedrooms have blackout blinds and soft voiles for privacy. The spacious kitchen dining area faces north & opens out onto a sunny deck for outdoor dining. The house is warm and sunny and has 2 heat-pumps for heating and cooling.

Clean and spacious 1940's character bungalow. Large private garden with native trees and all within a short stroll to hotspot Tahunanui beach. Set back from the road you are nestled away and will be genuinely surprised how quiet it is all the while a walk down the drive and your in the hub of beach hotspot Tahunanui. Nearby to Tahunanui reserve, cafes, brewery, takeaways and the Lions playground for this kids. Something for the whole family. On the Ebus route to Richmond & Nelson.

Boathaven Cottage

Charming Boathaven Cottage, originally the home of a Boat builder has been converted into a very spacious and beautifully equipped home with a lovely ambiance. Centrally located in our country garden in Mapua village. A perfect setting for your holiday, easy access to all amenities, explore the National parks, visit Rabbit Island on the Ferry, stroll to the wharf and sample the delights of the restaurants and cafes. Our rate includes wifi, all linen and cleaning.

Cosy home in Springlands

Set in the heart of Springlands this house is just 5mins walk to Speights Ale House, a supermarket, cafe and pharmacy. Just a 5min drive to the centre of Blenheim. Discover Pollard Park just 15 mins walk away. Just down the road is the Taylor River Walkway/Cycleway which can take you right up to the Wither Hills or a scenic 30min walk to downtown Blenheim. The house itself is very cosy and sunny with a woodburner and heat-pump and covered outdoor seating area.

"Robyn's Nest" : A short walk to town and ferries

In this idyllic slice of heaven, you can either relax completely or pursue the hundreds of adventurous activities happening right on your doorstep in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. A comfy double bed in a cosy room ensure that guests have the optimum opportunity for a comfortable and restful night. The house is cozy, clean, well-appointed and a great place to hang out after a day of serious adventuring.

Modern architectural kiwi bach nestled on the edge of a tidal lagoon between Ligar Bay and Tata Beach. The Bach is a cosy, compact 50sqm with a large sheltered and covered deck with all day sun and a master bedroom that links on to a compact lounge and ensuite bathroom, dining and kitchen area from either side - all with full views of the water and lagoon

Recently refurbished studio room, ideal for one or two guests wanting to spend some time in Nelson town. Private ensuite bathroom. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. Double bed. Unlimited WIFI. Heat pump, heats in the winter, cools in the summer. FREE street parking. Photos show access to the room, up steep outside steps.

Spacious, private & great views

Located high on 70 acres, this separate guest house is off the grid and one of the closest bnb's to The Kahurangi National Park (Flora carpark). Built in sauna & BBQ. The oven that is shown is not hooked up. My old affectionate dog will not disturb you. I apologise but this is not suitable for small children.
