Ellen’s Cabin

Looking for a remote cabin for a romantic getaway or a relaxing time in the big north woods? Ellen’s Cabin is off-grid, has no running water and limited cell service. 1/2 mile from a dirt road and the North Country Trail, in the rugged Michigamme Highands, close to Silver Lake and Dead River Basins. There are lots of opportunities for biking, hiking, fishing and canoeing. A winter wonderland if skiing or snowshoeing are your passions. We are 45 minutes from Ishpeming and an hour from Marquette.

A refrigerator, microwave and full oven/cooktop at your disposal. 10 miles from Big Bay Michigan and 32 Miles from Marquette Michigan. Excellent access to the atv/snowmobile trails and the great outdoors in general. Hiking, Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, 4 Wheeling, Fishing, Etc. 1220 feet above sea level, Huron Mountain Range.

Relax with loved ones at this peaceful, cozy cabin, located in Skandia, Michigan. Explore our 40 acres or go out and discover the Noquemanon trails! Marquette, Duke Lifepoint Hospital and beautiful Lake Superior only 15 minute drive. Sawyer International Airport is 9.5 miles away. The lovely town of Munising and the infamous Pictured Rocks just an hour away. Bring your snowmobiles and fat tire bikes! Enjoy some skiing at Marquette Mountain, 13.7 miles away. Upper Peninsula adventures away you!

Only a half mile to the Little Garlic River, 4.8 miles to Harlow Lake & Little Presque, 7 miles to Sugarloaf Mountain, and so many other places you'll want to visit. After a long day out having fun, relax at the fire pit and roast hotdogs and s'mores, making memories that will last forever! This cabin is located 10 miles from Marquette, in a forested area approx. 50 yards off the main road on a maintained, gravel driveway.

Cozy Cabin on Private Lake in Gwinn

Discover Camp Bilsky, a charming two-bedroom lakefront cabin, just 30 minutes from Marquette. The great room, filled with natural light, offers stunning water views. Cook in the well-equipped kitchen, then step onto the deck for outdoor living. Use the charcoal grill, fish off the dock, or paddle the canoe. Nearby ORV/Snowmobile trails and state forest add adventure. In winter, cozy up by the propane stove or relax in the indoor sauna. At night, watch a movie on the big screen projector!

Little Tree

Historic woodland cabin, with access to Lake Independence (2min walk). Canoe, kayaks and rowboats available to borrow for exploring the lake. Located 2 miles before Big Bay, the cabin offers access to limitless outdoor activities. Fiber optic internet is provided. The cabin is directly across the road from the ATV/Snowmobile trails. We have been hosting guests in the local community for over 50 years, so we can always help make your U.P. adventures pleasant. Cabin is close to the road.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Michigamme River Retreat

45' of river property facing the beautiful sunsets. Centrally located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula for magical day trips to Marquette, Munising, Copper Harbor, Iron Mountain, etc. Waterfalls, hiking, fire pit with firewood provided, sauna, computer and charging station, DVD player, dishwasher, coffee and staples provided. Cabin is located right in the town of Republic, within walking distance to a small store, bar, restaurant, Antique store (limited hours) and churches.
