Built before the Civil War in 1840, it is one of the original buildings on the historic square in Holly Springs MS. Located at 135 East Van Dorn, it is one of the few buildings that survived the Civil War invasion of 1500 Calvary men led by Van Dorn in 1862. Holly Springs has 175 historic homes, many having some of the finest antebellum architecture in the South. Holly Springs is located 45 mins from Memphis and 20 mins from Oxford.
