You will find something for everyone. We are infant friendly and offer a pack n play, bath seat, bouncer, and highchair seat-no extra cost.

Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Elm Place is a spacious 2 bdrm & a comfortable place to stay, newly decorated—perfect for penitentiary tours, Grandvue Park trips, Grave Creek Indian Mound Museum, The Palace of Gold, family trips or even a stop while traveling. All new interior, spacious kitchen with all cookware, bakeware, dishes & utensils dual coffee maker for fresh brew or k-cups. New Fuego gas grill on back porch. Essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, k cups, Salt & pepper for your convenience.

Suite Retreat

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Suite Retreat. Located on a quiet corner across from our historic park, this second story apartment is a cozy space to relax and unwind. There is even a small balcony to sit and enjoy overlooking the park and the Ohio River. We are located just off Route 7 and only minutes from I-470 & I-70. Wheeling, WV is just 10 min. away and St. Clairsville is 15 min. away. Within walking distance of local shops, eateries, and grocery stores.

This is a small house on a private lane. It has a modern updated, cozy feel. Comes with everything you would need to unpack and relax, or enjoy the sights! Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.
