The Little Green Cottage ( guest house)

Our cottage is nestled in the pines 20ft from main house The quaint 2-story cottage has security And CMAS lights from main house for light...Eclectic style with vaulted ceiling in Lg airy bedroom upstairs. Downstairs- Living / coffee space has micro &full fridge, with TV & sleeper sofa ***One cottage bathroom is located on first floor. Just off HWY 59 & I20-near local restaurants.. 5 min drive Historic downtown w fun restaurants- Caddo LK, Jefferson & Bear Creek smokehouse 20 min

The Schoolhouse Cottage

Our Airbnb was a one room schoolhouse & has been converted into a one bedroom, one bath country escape with a fully equipped kitchen! The queen bed accommodates two guests, & a folding cot is available for a third guest. Children are welcome! However, we cannot accommodate pets. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit, or visiting historic downtown Marshall. This is a private stand alone unit, but the owners live next door & are available during your stay. While WiFi is available, it is country internet.

King Beds/Workstation/Patio/Firepit/Espresso

Welcome to Ira Cora by @GoswickLane. A very unique home in Marshall remodeled specifically for you. Brew up a vanilla latte, sit down & relax, or get some work done if you are in to that sort of thing. Ira Cora is the perfect place for you. Everything has been designed and decorated with you in mind. It's time for you to sit out by the fire pit and let the stress melt away as the crackling wood sound washes over you. Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Church House - Charming Newly Renovated

What was built as a church in 1949, is now an inviting 2 bedroom, 1 bath house! History of the church is sprinkled throughout the house as part of its decor mixed with new furnishings making it the perfect blend of old and new! The house sits on the corner of W Clarksville and Vale, just 3 blocks from the nearest shops and restaurants in the Historic town of Jefferson. We are excited for you to experience all that Jefferson has to offer, and hope that The Church House is the place for you!

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

Comforts of home, squeaky clean & minutes from downtown. Our quaint and remodeled 100+ year old cabin offers serenity and convenience. On your morning stroll, check out the aged persimmon trees in the backyard. Our cabin has a queen bed and sleeper sofa. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to see the local wildlife and the neighbors free range chickens! Located approximately 11 minutes from ETBU & Wiley, 18 minutes from Caddo Lake State Park, 5 minutes from Walmart, a short drive to Jefferson.

Hallsville Hideaway

Welcome to your spacious and charming 4-bedroom home in the heart of Hallsville, Texas! This inviting home has a beautifully designed living area that's ideal for relaxation and socializing. Private suite w/King bed & great shower!

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.
