Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Conveniently located 1bed, 1bath with a hideabed, directly across from a beautiful city Park. 10 min from the airport and 5 from downtown. Finch Arboretum is walking distance. The park has full basketball and tennis court's, and a baseball diamond. Nice kids play quipment. Both Amazon buildings are 10 minutes away. 10 min to the Casino.

You can check in anytime after 4 pm using the private outdoor entrance. It is only a 3 minute drive up the hill from I-90 and plenty of street parking is available. Annalise and Andrew are readily available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
