Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Located on the second floor of a downtown building, this space includes a full kitchen, office nook, bathroom, and a large living area with sleeping quarters. Enjoy beautiful downtown views, just steps from the Michael J. Manatt Community Center and Brooklyn Opera House. Centrally located between Des Moines and Iowa City, with easy access to I-80, this is the perfect spot to experience Brooklyn's charm and history.

Yurt Glamping on a Magical Goat Farm

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Visit with llamas, goats, pigs, horses and hike around the property or stay in for a quiet stay with a good book and enjoy all the sights and sounds. Lots of extra 'add ons'

The Henhouse Retreat is a beautifully restored 2 bedroom home converted from an original henhouse on our property. With breathtaking country views out every window you are sure to find this country retreat relaxing and enjoyable with many things to do close by like fishing, hiking, and a bike trail. Cute little towns to explore or cuddle up with a book & enjoy relaxation that comes with a deep breath in the country. Come as a family, some couples, or a little getaway, this home sleeps 7.

Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom property is ideal for families or groups visiting the area. The split-foyer layout includes a large main living area and a generous lower-level family room. The full kitchen is equipped with essentials like a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Step out onto the new deck to enjoy the outdoors. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers comfort with features like updated fixtures, new flooring, and A/C.

Bright, Comfortable Stay for Families & Groups

For guests staying an extended period, optional housekeeping services are available to help keep your space clean and comfortable throughout your stay. Our clean‑up crew is available on Thursdays, and the service is offered at $30 per hour. If you’d like to schedule a cleaning, just send a message and we’ll be happy to arrange it. If you prefer not to use the housekeeping service, no problem — your stay will simply include the standard cleaning fee.

Escape to Wolfe Ranch and enjoy a peaceful stay in our private one-room cabin near Marshalltown and Highway 30. Tucked away on our working horse ranch, the cabin features a full kitchen, private bathroom, and private laundry with scenic countryside views. Perfect for couples or small families, with a trundle bed for additional guests. Horses and our Whiskers & Manes Cat Lounge are on-site, and ranch visits may be arranged with staff.

Happy Valley is located at the end of a peaceful 4 mile gravel road. If you are looking for a peaceful nature get away this is your place. This 4 bedroom, 1896 farm house, is nestled in a beautiful valley on Clear Creek. Farm is located 25 minutes from Ames and Marshalltown. Owners live on the adjacent property; yet privacy between the homes. The driveway is shared between both homes. Walking trails available June-September.

It is calm industrial / residential on the north edge of Marshalltown.

Belle Plaine Bungalow

The Belle Plaine Bungalow is a private two-bedroom home located in Belle Plaine, Iowa. Directly across the street from Anderson Park, it is in a neighborhood just walking distance from the local grocery store, Main Street, and the new Mexican restaurant down the street. There is private parking for up to 3 cars. There is also street parking.
